Have my money here but not for long! Went to go through the drive thru and it was closed at 3.42pm how many banks close their drive thru at that time? Can't go on Saturday cause they are not open. They chang there name every year so I never know who has my money. Going to take my money else were.

My sister and I are dealing with this branch of Chemical Bank, formerly Talmer, because of an estate account. Every employee I have spoken to at this branch, as well as individuals at the corporate office, are incompetent. My suggestion is to find another bank to entrust your funds to, even if you have to travel out of your way.
